What format is the data delivered in?
Data is delivered in Excel (.xlsx), CSV, or Google Sheets format depending on your preference. Enterprise packages also include API access options.
Can I get data for a specific industry or job title?

What is the difference between n8n and Make.com?
n8n is open source and can be self-hosted, making it cheaper long-term but requiring more technical knowledge. Make.com is cloud-based, easier to use, and suitable for beginners with a fixed monthly cost. We recommend n8n for large projects and Make.com for quick starts.
Is the official WhatsApp API different from regular WhatsApp?
Yes — WhatsApp Business API allows sending messages to thousands of customers, automated replies, CRM integration, and Meta-approved message templates. Unlike regular WhatsApp, API numbers cannot be banned for bulk messaging when used correctly.
What is SendPulse?

What is Apollo.io?
Apollo.io is a B2B prospecting tool that collects contact data from LinkedIn and other sources. It allows searching by job title, company, location, and industry to build targeted prospect lists.
What payment methods are available?
We accept: Bank transfer, PayPal, Wise, USDT (Crypto), Vodafone Cash, and InstaPay (Egypt). For international clients, PayPal and Wise are the most convenient options.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
For data: we replace incorrect or invalid data at no extra cost. For services: we redo the work for free if results are unsatisfactory. For courses: no refund after accessing content, but we offer free support to ensure you succeed.
Is installment payment available?
Yes — for projects over $500, we offer installment payment: 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. Contact us to arrange this.
What are support hours?
WhatsApp support is available 9am – 11pm Cairo time (GMT+2). Email replies within 24 hours. Emergency 24/7 support is available for premium clients on monthly retainer packages.
Do you provide post-delivery support?
Yes — every project includes 1 month of free support after delivery. After that, optional monthly support packages are available starting from $500/month.
Do you work with clients outside Egypt?
Absolutely — we work with clients in 195+ countries. All consultations and implementations are done remotely via Zoom, WhatsApp, and Google Meet. We have extensive experience with MENA region clients.
How long does it take to build a complete automation system?
A basic automation system takes 1–2 weeks. A complete Joy System implementation typically takes 2–4 weeks depending on complexity, integrations required, and your team's availability for training.
