1. Agreement to Terms

3. Data Products

3.1 Data Sources

All data sold is collected from publicly available sources including LinkedIn public profiles, Google Maps, official company websites, and public business registries.

3.2 Data Accuracy

  • B2B data accuracy: 85–95%
  • B2C data accuracy: 80–90%
  • We guarantee replacement of incorrect or invalid data at no extra cost

3.3 Usage Restrictions

Purchased data is for the buyer's internal business use only. You may not:

  • Resell or redistribute the data to third parties
  • Use the data for illegal purposes (spam, fraud, harassment)
  • Share access credentials with unauthorized parties

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Accepted Methods

Bank transfer, PayPal, Wise, USDT (Crypto), Vodafone Cash, and InstaPay (Egypt).

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Data packages: Full payment before delivery
  • Services under $500: Full payment upfront
  • Services over $500: 50% upfront, 50% on delivery
  • Monthly retainers: Billed at the beginning of each month

4.3 Currency

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. Egyptian clients may pay in EGP at the current exchange rate.

5. Refund Policy

  • Data products: No refunds after delivery. We replace incorrect or invalid data free of charge.
  • Services: If results are unsatisfactory, we redo the work at no extra cost. No monetary refunds after work has commenced.
  • Courses: No refund after accessing course content. Free support is provided to ensure you succeed.
  • Consultations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

6. Delivery

  • Data: Delivered within 24–72 hours of payment confirmation
  • Automation systems: 1–4 weeks depending on complexity
  • Courses: Immediate access after payment
  • Consulting sessions: Scheduled within 48 hours of booking

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, designs, and code — is the property of Ahmed Mo Kireldin and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Custom automation systems built for clients become the client's property upon full payment. Templates and frameworks used remain our intellectual property.

8. Client Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Use purchased data and services in compliance with applicable laws
  • Not use our services for illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes
  • Maintain confidentiality of any credentials or access provided
  • Respond to communications within reasonable timeframes during active projects

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question
  • We are not responsible for results achieved using purchased data or implemented systems
  • We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (revenue, leads, conversions)

10. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business details, strategies, or data to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

11. Support and SLA

  • Standard support: WhatsApp 9am–11pm Cairo time (GMT+2), email within 24 hours
  • Post-delivery support: 1 month free after project completion
  • Premium support: 24/7 for monthly retainer clients

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if:

  • You violate these Terms and Conditions
  • Payment is not received within agreed timeframes
  • You use our services for illegal or harmful purposes
  • You engage in abusive behavior toward our team

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through the competent courts in Cairo, Egypt.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
